Reception and Transportation

Information desks will be available for IV Global Forum participants at the São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia international airports.
 
To better assist event participants, the Executive Secretariat requests that all participants forward their arrival and departure dates and flight numbers to the reception service by 29 May 2005. The information must be updated on the registration form.

Free transportation will be provided to IV GF participants to and from the airport, hotels, event venue, and cultural activity sites.
