Ombudsman's Office
The Ombudsman's Office, linked to the Office of the Comptroller General of Brazil (CGU), is responsible for receiving, examining and forwarding complaints, praise and suggestions referring to procedures and actions of Federal Executive agents, units and entities. The National Ombudsman's Office is also in charge of the technical coordination of the segment of Ombudsman's Offices of the Federal Executive Branch, as well as the organization and interpretation of the complaints, praise and suggestions received, and produces quantified surveys on the level of satisfaction of users of public services provided in the scope of the Federal Executive Branch.
