THE EVENT

In the framework of the OECD-Latin America Anti-Corruption Programme, the Office of the Comptroller-General of Brazil and the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) will hold the Latin America Conference on Corporate Responsibility for Promoting Integrity and Fighting Corruption from 21-23 July, 2010 at the Centro Fecomércio de Eventos, São Paulo, Brazil.

The conference will bring together public officials, private sector representatives, business and professional organisations and civil society to discuss the risks and consequences associated with corruption in commercial transactions. The discussions will assist companies to address these risks in regional and global business, and contribute to strengthening legislation to criminalise corporate corruption in Latin American countries, and by Latin American companies.
